Today is a good day to start a dietary change of pace. So I have decided to do Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet. I am hoping to increase my energy levels and lose about 20 lbs. I am pretty sure that I am a T Type. When I was at my lowest weight I was eating eggs for breakfast almost everyday which is what the T Type diet says to do. I had though that I was a G Type ealier, but the diet was way too easy and I wasn't seeing continued results after a couple of weeks and I have realized how much I really do love carbs. So now I am going to try the T Type diet. Basically low carb with a few things thrown in. I am going to follow the meal plan in the book for a few weeks and see what happens. Wish me luck!

I was looking at your wish list, you will love a cricut machine. I used to have one but I know have the pazzles. It is actually the company the teamed with provo craft to make the cricut. They are coming out with some neat thing for the cricut that will be available in october or november. The cricut makes scrappin so much faster. It is a great machine.
Cindy, you're always up to something fun. Now I guess you'll be down to something thin! Jea-lous!
